NOTHING moved the needle like working on my nervous system.
I tried affirmations, EFT, cold showers, and 3-hour morning routines. I did Holotropic Breathwork, men’s work, plant medicine, Tantra, yoga, and wore out dozens of meditation cushions along the way.
I read all the books, hired all the coaches, bought the online courses, and joined the elite masterminds.
Even after decades of work, underneath a calm exterior, my internal “resting” state was still one of almost constant fear.
After a painful breakup, I hired a mentor who focused on specific relational and somatic (body-based) practices that soothe the nervous system and allow trauma to resolve naturally.
I didn’t realize it until months into this work, but this straightforward, gentle method of trauma healing was what I’d been searching for my entire life.
So much so that I changed careers and am now a certified Interpersonal Embodied Healing™ practitioner.

1. Connect
Schedule a free discovery call. We'll meet on Zoom for 30-40 minutes. You’ll share a little about you and where you are struggling. I’ll share a little about me, how we can work together, and answer any questions you have.
Then you get to decide. There is never any pressure. If you are ready to get started, there are two simple forms you’ll sign before we schedule our first session.
2. Practice, practice, practice
You’ll learn how your body, mind, and nervous system actually work and what they need for deep and sustainable healing.
I’ll model relational and somatic skills that create a deep felt-sense of safety. We’ll practice them every session. You’ll have these tools for life.
3. Exhale
You’ll begin to see changes. You’ll tell me how you handled a familiar challenge differently this time. You’ll advocate for yourself. You’ll be more at ease in your own skin. Others may comment on your calm confidence. You’ll exhale more deeply.
With more practice, the changes may start to snowball. This was my experience. Longstanding pattens dissolve. So do some of your negative core beliefs.
One day, you’ll show up for a session and share how you faced a formidable life challenge. One that would have sidelined you in the past. This time, you knew exactly what to do, exactly how to tend to yourself, and you did it all on your own. This is often where clients “graduate” themselves.
Life doesn’t suddenly become perfect all the time. You don’t become an unaffected robot. But your foundation is now one of safety. You can confidently navigate what life’s ups and downs. YOU’VE got you. You are the safest relationship you’ve ever had.

What is your current availability?
As of 11/01/23, I have immediate openings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
What are your rates?
The cost for 12, 50-minute sessions is $1596 ($133 per session). This can either be paid in full or in 3 monthly payments of $532.
Do you offer a guarantee?
I want this to work for you. If at any time during our first month, you don’t feel like this is a good fit (for any reason), let me know and I will gladly refund all of your unused sessions.
How long will it take for me to see results?
Without knowing you and your unique story it is impossible to predict how long it will take for you to see results. This work is about creating a deep and lasting felt-sense of security. So that when life challenges inevitably come up, you have the skills, tools, and practice under your belt to confidently know how to navigate them. The somatic practices that we do in session will eventually become your natural way of being.
